Easter Sunday

Y’all know I can’t write a post in real time, that’s why my blog is called What Kiki Wore because I’m recapping past outfits, lol! So here’s what I wore for Easter! Even though the holiday is over, this dress is perfect for Spring. You may remember seeing the dress here. Online, I couldn’t tell if the print was pink floral or pink leopard print. I think that’s what makes it so different from any other floral print dress in my closet. And it looks extremely feminine. The dress is lined and wasn’t too short, even with my heels 3-inch heels. I’m 5’3″ for reference. I wore this dress for the entire day (no joke, my parents were here visiting for nearly 7 hours – what a long day) and by the end of the day, I was relieved to take off the dress. The three quarter length sleeves have an elastic ruffle cuff where it meets my elbow, and it was starting to feel uncomfortable. But I can’t wait to wear this dress again – I think I could even swing this when we return to the office.

I just ordered these Steve Madden sandals and they arrived right before Easter. I had pictured wearing this dress with nude sandals but when these ivory heels came in the mail, I knew they’d be great for Easter! I ordered my true size 8, and the braided straps were really comfortable and the block heel made these easy to wear all day! The sandals were fully in stock when I ordered them on the 5th! The white is sold out and there’s only a few sizes left in black. So if you see a restock in your size, don’t hesitate to grab these!!

To add to this feminine look, I added these faux pearl hair clips. Full disclosure, my hair was also three days washed and was losing volume. Adding some volume blast and these clips helped solve that problem!

Livvy’s dress is from H&M and I ordered it in the winter time when the price dropped to around $5. I linked some similar options!

Hope you all had a blessed Easter with family/friends and were able to enjoy beautiful weather! XOXO
